Maha Taibah is the founder and CEO of Eradah; a firm focusing on preparing the youth to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving socio-economic climate. Leveraging her strong global network and successes in driving significant youth initiatives locally, Maha cultivates global partnerships that benefit youth as she provides a gateway to the Saudi Arabian youth market. Maha is currently an advisor to the Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, working closely with the ministry to advance the Saudi Youth Agenda. She invested 3 years as an advisor to the Minister of Labor with a concurrent role as Vice Governor for Strategic Initiatives at the TVTC. In 2014 Maha was the CEO of Saudi Skills Standards, a private company owned by the Saudi Government mandated to quality assure the training industry in Saudi Arabia. Maha is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development and Alumni of the Harvard Business School as well as DePaul University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. A global authority on using frontline insights for youth advancement, Maha has spoken at SXSW and the International Youth Economic Opportunity Summit and was quoted in The New York Times & the Financial Times.
